Gnome Village Update and Evil Temple
This project has been on hold, but I am back at it... my goal a mushroom architecture village for my D&D setting. I don’t like looking at maps in the generic setting for D&D and just seeing human type buildings... there should be unique villages, unique homes based on the species of the builders, you should be able to go to Gnome Town or the Dwarven Quarter in a big city. A village that is a variety of species in it all doing business, living there and building their own homes should have lots of architectural features unique to each property owner’s culture. In other words as much as I love the generic Tudor look it should not be the only one. Further a Gnome Village with an Inn will be Gnome sized. Giant homes are bigger than Human homes so Human homes should be bigger than Gnome homes... and businesses like an Inn will reflect that. Tiny Beds for example.
Anyway here is how the buildings are coming... I have a lot more to do. I am going to do other culture buildings too. I just wanted some serious Fantasy in my Post Apocalypse Fantasy Sci Fi Setting of The Misty Islands. It can’t be all doom and gloom.
Now I have also been working on some Horror aspects and here is the progress on that... parts of the Evil Temple are coming along.
